A protected, smarter, more resilient home — one decision at a time.

Independent guidance for Southern California homeowners. Every recommendation is built around your roof, your family, and your long-term goals — not a sales target. It all starts with a free, no-pressure consultation, available in-home or virtually.

Residential Solar

Residential Solar

Make the sun work for you. Southern California pays the highest electricity rates in the nation, and increases are only getting steeper as EVs and AI data centers pile new demand onto an aging, unstable grid. Blackouts will continue to become more frequent, and constant maintenance costs are passed straight to utility customers. As more homes go solar, the utility's shrinking customer base is left covering those rising costs and shareholder returns. It's a lose-lose cycle for the foreseeable future, and solar is the way out.

Stop pouring money into a never-ending utility bill and redirect those funds into a system that becomes an immediate asset to your home. Solar protects you from blackouts, adds real value at resale, and lets you power your home with clean energy you actually own. Sean designs every solar and battery system around your roof, your shading, and your goals — then walks you through exactly how it works and your full range of purchasing options.

New System

Solar, full battery backup, and any add-ons — EV charger, sub panel, main panel upgrade, or roof work — all 30% off with Prepaid PPA option. With $0 Down options your new fixed solar payment replaces SDG&E and runs 30–50% lower from day one, locking in savings that grow over time and shielding you from rate hikes across the 25-year warranty period. Prefer to pay cash for maximum return? We're currently seeing 4–6 year payback periods. If you're under SDCP you can also qualify for their Battery Savings rebate and get $4,725–$10,000 back.

Add-On System

Already have an NEM1 or NEM2 system and need a little more production? Utilities allow you to expand your existing system and NEM agreement by up to 10% of its current size, or 1kW — whichever is greater. That's a tight ceiling: today's panels are 440 watts, so just two of them (880W) nearly maxes you out. But if your True-Up bill is small, adding a couple of panels can be exactly the right fix. If you need more power than that, see the No-Export System below.

No-Export System

If your NEM1 or NEM2 True-Up bill is large and you need more capacity than the 10% / 1kW expansion allows, a no-export system is your best move. It's a separate solar-and-battery system sized to wipe out your True-Up — plus any extra power you want — and it's programmed to never push energy back to the grid. That protects your original NEM1 or NEM2 grandfathered agreement from being downgraded to NEM3. The new system powers your home during the day, the battery covers your nights, and your original system keeps exporting excess to the grid for retail credit — making up for short winter days and stormy stretches. Available with a Prepaid PPA option to receive 30% off.

Don't have enough space for more panels? See Battery Arbitrage in the Battery section below on how a battery-only system can be programmed to help cover your True-Up.

  • Honest production estimates — not inflated proposals
  • $0-down financing options with fixed, predictable monthly payments
  • 30% federal solar tax credit applied to qualifying costs

Battery Backup

Battery Backup

What is it worth knowing your family stays safe when the grid goes down? A battery keeps the lights on, the fridge running, and your home comfortable through any blackout — instantly and seamlessly, with zero involvement on your part. No fumbling with a generator in the dark, no fuel to buy, no noise, no fumes, no emissions. The moment power drops, every circuit on your main panel is already backed up. From your phone, you can see exactly how much charge is left and decide how to use it.

Sean helps you compare the best batteries on the market, size the right storage capacity and output for your home, and stack every available incentive — including the 30% federal tax credit — so your investment works as hard as possible.

Battery Only

You don't need solar to add a battery. Most installs wrap up in under half a day, and from that point on you have full whole-home blackout protection. We program the battery exactly to your preferences — hold it at 100% for maximum backup, or discharge it during the most expensive On-Peak hours to cut down your utility bill. The power is in your hands. Available with a Prepaid PPA option to receive 30% off, and if you're under SDCP you can qualify for their Solar Battery Savings program rebate to receive $4,725–$10,000 back.

Battery Arbitrage

Turn utility rate structures into savings. Your battery charges from the grid during the cheapest off-peak windows, then either powers your home or discharges back during the most expensive On-Peak hours — all while still providing full blackout protection. This approach can significantly reduce a True-Up bill and averages a seven-year payback. Sean can help you capture the 30% Prepaid PPA discount and pair it with $0-down financing.

Why four services?

Each one stands alone. Together, they're stronger.

You can hire Sean for any single service — but roofing, solar, batteries, and wildfire defense are deeply connected. Here's how they reinforce each other:

Roof Solar

Many homes need a new roof — or specific tile-appropriate prep — before solar can be installed properly. Bundling avoids reworks and unlocks $0 Down options and the 30% federal tax credit on qualifying costs.

Solar Battery

Since California's 2023 utility changes (NEM 3.0), batteries are what protect new solar owners from rising rates — dramatically boosting savings and ROI.

Battery Wildfire Defense

Wildfires usually mean blackouts. Solar + battery keeps your wildfire defense system powered exactly when you need it most.
